Anuragi is co-founder and performs the role of CEO at Ask To Solve Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

Having over 20 years of experience Anuragi has served conceptualizing, designing and implementing process excellence initiatives along with operations, technology and business development roles across a diverse range of industries including BFSI, Outsourcing, Telecom and International Trade. Prior to starting Ask To Solve he has worked with industry leaders like Motilal Oswal Securities, WNS Global Services, GENPACT, Airtel and Marubeni Corporation.

A visionary and strategist par excellence, Anuragi’s expertise lies in Business Process Excellence deployment, Change management, Business transformation and Human Capital development.

An IIT-Kharagpur and IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus, Anuragi is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has led BPEX deployment from scratch at Motilal Oswal impacting all facets of organization by enhancing revenue, resource productivity, customer and employee experience, cost optimization and overall employee engagement. In his stint in WNS he was one of the founding members of the Business Process Excellence team and went on to become the deployment leader for the biggest vertical leading a team of more than 125 process excellence / quality resources.

Proficient in customer experience enhancement, revenue building, resource productivity, work force management, quality management and cost optimization strategies and tactics, Anuragi has led several high level change initiatives, operational initiatives, process re-engineering and IT/infrastructure redesigning. During his stint at MOSL as BPEX deployment leader and IT head, he conceptualized & spearheaded many path breaking technological initiatives leading to business growth, customer experience enhancement & positive impact on balance sheet apart from standardization of work processes.

Turning teams and organisations into “Customer Focused” is one of his most notable contributions across roles and organisations.
