Surya heads Customer Delivery at Ask To Solve. Adept in knowledge and application of various process improvement methodologies, data analytics & modelling and solution identification, Surya’s expertise lies in converting business issues into scientific problems and designing the right solutions for our clients. Surya and his team of experts enable clients to achieve short-term and long term organizational goals by working on business processes.

Surya has over 17 years of experience in process excellence and project management across a diverse range of industries, i.e., Financial Services, Auto-Component, Outsourcing, Utilities, Polymers & Petrochemicals. He has worked with companies such as Toyoda Gosei (a Toyota Group Company), GE India Technology Centre, WNS Global Services, Motilal Oswal Securities.

Surya is skilled in Business Process Excellence, data analytics, visualization, research, project execution, leading change management initiatives and training by example.

Surya completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Engineering from CIPET and has a Degree in Chemical Engineering from Dr. B. A. Tech. Univ. Raigad. He has completed an advanced certificate course in Business Analytics from IIT Bombay and stood first in class. He holds Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and has led and mentored more than 35 Master Black Belt and Black Belt projects across key businesses that resulted in over Rs 86 crores in savings. He is also a Certified BPM Professional (BP Group- UK) and is also certified for Gemba Kaizen and Toyota Production System (Lean) at Toyoda Gosei- Japan though AOTS Japan.

Surya has delivered 300+ hours of training including senior management teams in process excellence methodology. During his career, he has positively impacted 600+ people by training to think on root cause and improve operational efficiency & customer experience through change initiatives and projects.
